The Glinkr site is subject to the French legislation of data protection and privacy. The corresponding rights and obligations are defined in the French law 78-17 of 6 January 1978 relative to Computer and Freedoms. See http://www.cnil.fr/index.php?id=300. The only personal data that is collected by the site is your email address (used as identifier) and chosen name. We will not, in any case, transmit to any third party this personal information. The only data processing conducted are statistical analysis of usage for purposes that are purely internal to Sopinspace. This situation falls under exemption of declaration to CNIL number 7.
